Our Values

Transparency
Effective communication is essential to the recruiting process. From setting expectations, to providing useful feedback, to having the hard conversations, transparency is everything.
Genuine, meaningful relationships
“Quality of life = quality of relationships”, “network = net worth”… While overused, these phrases are 100% accurate and often hard to find in the bottom-line-driven, transactional world of agency recruiting.

Personalization
Our relationship to clients is one of a partnership. Instead of molding you to a process, we take time to truly understand and get to know you, and work together to quickly hire the best people for the role. Not only is this an obstacle to effective recruiting, it is the way to effective recruiting.
Endless Improvement
This is the cornerstone, and English translation, of Kaizen. From the SDR to the CEO, improvement is dependent on everyone in the organization.

Quality over Quantity
Kaizen prioritizes quality of service above all else and qualifies each candidate 100% before sending to the client. Our goal is to give you less work, not bombard you with resumes.
